The cool (I admit also sometimes scary) thing about the web is that it does not forget anything. Going back into the archives the first digital footprint dates to 2nd of April 2001. The domain was registered December 2000. More than 17 years could be called an eternity in terms of internet timeframe.

It's (often) said that only women have this thing about handbags of all kinds and forms. I have to respectfully disagree. For a Photographer transporting your gear safe and sound is one part of the equation - the other part is that most of the bags, backpacks etc. are "not too pretty". There are exceptions. All long-term followers know what I mean.

In recent weeks I have been asked a lot if there is a new book about the latest X100 series camera - the FUJIFILM X100F in the writing. Bad news first, I am not working on such a book right now. Do I think this camera is not worth it? Rather the opposite - if the model S and model T were my favourite rangefinder style cameras the latest edition simply improved a nearly 'perfect camera' once again.
